Phoenix, United States | Posted on 03/25/2026 We’re seeking a BIM Modeler to support complex MEP systems on high-technology manufacturing and industrial projects. This role focuses on developing coordinated models, resolving clashes, and producing accurate design documentation across piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. It’s a great fit for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced design environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems including piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts across disciplines Produce and update drawings and model-based deliverables using Revit and AutoCAD Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure models align with project requirements Support coordination meetings and incorporate markups, redlines, and design changes Qualifications 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP or industrial projects Strong proficiency with Revit Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and collaboration Working knowledge of AutoCAD Experience supporting high‑tech manufacturing or industrial facility projects is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project priorities Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Design Hire is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Aff… it is our policy to consider for employment all individuals regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
