Are you detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a  Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and process customer sample orders with speed and accuracy 
• Review orders to ensure all details are complete and correct 
• Handle high-volume data entry while maintaining quality 
• Identify and communicate order discrepancies or missing info 
• Follow established processes and workflows 
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous data entry or order processing experience 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Comfortable working in Windows-based systems 
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks 
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions 
• Dependable, punctual, and deadline-driven 

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with ERP or order management systems 
• Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet experience 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
