Now Hiring: Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist

Are you detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

Enter and process customer sample orders with speed and accuracy
Review orders to ensure all details are complete and correct
Handle high-volume data entry while maintaining quality
Identify and communicate order discrepancies or missing info
Follow established processes and workflows
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

What We’re Looking For:

Previous data entry or order processing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in Windows-based systems
Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and deadline-driven

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with ERP or order management systems
Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet experience
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
