Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN with Neuro and Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience for a high-acuity surgical unit.

Details

Work in a 26-suite high-tech operating room performing both inpatient and outpatient procedures.

Care provided to patients across the lifespan including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Services include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery.

All shifts available, including day and night options.

On-call requirement of 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may be 12-hour shifts or on-call coverage.

Requirements

Active RN license (NH or Compact) required.

BLS certification mandatory.

Neuro surgical experience required.

Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required.

Additional Information

Provide perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties.

Local candidates not accepted; must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility.
