Make a positive impact as a contract Occupational Therapist providing teletherapy and on-site services to students. This opportunity is open for an immediate start through the end of the school year, working full-time Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. You’ll work primarily with secondary students, including middle school, high school, and transition-aged young adults (18-22 years old), managing a dynamic caseload of 39 direct and 37 consult-only students, along with a few assessments. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role is highly preferred
• Proficient in teletherapy platforms and comfortable providing remote services
• Experience supporting secondary-aged students, including transition programs
• Skilled in conducting assessments and writing effective IEP goals
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
• Organization and time management to handle a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Evaluate students’ functional needs and document progress
• Complete assessments and build goal-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in OT strategies

This W2 contract position starts at $50+ per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as a 401(k) with employer match.
