Contact Center Knowledge Specialist

Maximus in Nashville, TN seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to maintain our knowledge base in SharePoint and develop onboarding materials for staff. You will monitor policy updates and collaborate with Risk Management to ensure accreditation standards are documented accurately.
