CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Reports To:Director of Client SolutionsPOSITION SUMMARY:The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for the overall success of the prospect-to-customer transition by communicating the go-live plan, collecting data crucial to operational success, and implementing custom warehouse solutions. This position will assist the Customer Implementation Manager in assuring success with both internal and external communication.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists with the timeline and task management of new customer implementation from start to finish (contract execution to successful operational execution).Monitors and tracks progress of projects and provides updates to internal and external stakeholders.Manages and updates onboarding trackerDevelops a working knowledge of business process and operational capabilitiesEnsures successful implementations by asking relevant questionsCoordinates communication among cross-functional groups and new clients via email and phoneMonitors customer activities post-launch to ensure a smooth transition and compliance to contractual agreementCollaborates with members of various corporate cross-functional teams to seamlessly launch customer projects and drive operational successCompletes other duties as assigned by the Customer Implementation Manage“THE PERSON” | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent2 or more years of experience in customer support or administrative/coordinator position1 or more years of experience in project management or similar professional experience preferredStrong time management skillsAbility to keep organized with multiple tasks at one timeAbility to relate freely with other members of the staff; both up and down the ladderOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel up to 25% as neededKEY ATTRIBUTES:Excellent attention to detailFantastic customer service acumenAbility to focus on the designed end goals of the organizationTeam player who works well individually and in a group settingPHYSICAL OR MENTAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to see, hear, talk, write, read, stand, walk, bend over, and be alert at all times.
