Position Summary The Clinical Liaison is a key market-facing leader responsible for driving census growth, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role operates both internally and externally, collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and facility teams. This position will support one or more facilities within a defined local market and may serve as a consultant, coach, mentor, and dotted-line supervisor to Admissions Coordinators. Key Responsibilities Lead community-based census development and market growth initiatives Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, providers, and community partners Manage customer experience and internal marketing systems Analyze market and census data to inform strategy Coordinate and participate in community outreach and events Support development of marketing materials (print, digital, and outreach campaigns) Promote excellent customer service and uphold residents’ rights Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards Participate in ongoing education and training Qualifications Must hold an active nurse (LPN or RN) license in the practicing state.
