HR Analyst: Data-Driven Partner to Our Team (Onsite)

The Village of Orland Park is seeking a thoughtful and proactive Human Resources Analyst to support the HR team and customers with technical, financial, administrative, and project management duties. The role includes processing invoices, contracts, and payroll-related data; generating analyses and reports; and driving staff training and system improvements. Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree with HR/finance focus and 3–5 years of HR support experience, plus strong MS Office and HRIS #J-18808-Ljbffr Village of Orland Park
