Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You'll manage, process, and organize customer orders and contribute to our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock customer’s boxes or items.
• Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items.
• Process work orders efficiently.
• Handle rush deliveries with accuracy.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse order pulling and picking.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in heavy physical work.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and PC skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and coworkers.

Work Environment

Work in a deadline-intensive environment alongside a team of 8 warehouse professionals. While the role often requires independent work, collaboration with the team is essential. The position involves heavy order pulling and labor-intensive tasks throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.18 - $19.18/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
