About the Role As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team. You’ll lead by example, foster a culture of hospitality and accountability, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll be working in lockstep with our culinary team to deliver excellence in every area—from execution and cleanliness to team morale and guest satisfaction. What You’ll Be Responsible For Hiring, training , and inspiring FOH staff with a focus on performance and retention Creating smart, efficient schedules that place the right people in the right roles, at the right times Supporting and maintaining standards through Fusion Prep and other tools Enforcing all safety and quality protocols to ensure consistency and compliance Leading pre-shifts, monthly staff meetings, and regular trainings Driving financial performance through effective labor and cost control Working closely with culinary leadership to ensure alignment and execution Upholding our company culture and values — Welcome H.O.M.E.
