• Experience: Minimum 12 months in urgent care or similar setting, proficient with Epic EMR
• Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics (6 months+), high volume clinician
• Travel & Lodging: Limited mileage reimbursement (up to 60 miles roundtrip); no travel/lodging expenses covered

What You ll Do

• Independently evaluate and treat adult and pediatric urgent care patients
• Perform minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations
• Manage high patient volumes efficiently while maintaining quality
• Document all care accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Follow clinical guidelines and adhere to facility protocols
• Participate in training and onboarding sessions as required

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active North Carolina license & NC DEA
  • Board certification (NP or PA), with Family NP or similar certification
  • Minimum 12 months of urgent care or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
  • BLS certification
• Preferred:
  • Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients
  • Excellent soft skills and ability to handle high patient volume calmly
  • Availability to participate in mandatory training sessions on set Wednesdays
