Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration
• 1 year of Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Upon hire: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
• Upon hire: IV Therapy certification
