Coleman Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our temporary team in Dover, DE.

Position Summary

The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, supporting day-to-day clinical operations and helping ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, and timely care. This temporary onsite role is ideal for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical judgment, and professionalism.

In this position, you will assist with patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, and care coordination, while following all applicable clinical protocols and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes promptly.

• Assist with medication administration and other ordered treatments according to scope of practice and established procedures.

• Support care plans by assisting with activities of daily living and coordinating routine clinical tasks.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record, including observations, interventions, and outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and a safe patient experience.

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in the state of practice.

• Experience delivering bedside nursing care in a healthcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of nursing fundamentals, patient safety practices, and basic clinical documentation.

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols consistently.

• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar patient care environments.

• Familiarity with documentation practices and maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Experience supporting care plans for patients with complex or ongoing healthcare needs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $35.00 - $38.00
