Located in La Crosse, WI
Salary: $20.00 Fiberglass Production Associate - 2nd Shift Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a growing, locally owned fiberglass manufacturing company in the La Crosse area! If you're looking for a long-term career with advancement opportunities, this could be the perfect fit. Pay & Schedule- $20.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM-11:00 PM
- Get paid for a full 40-hour week while working less than 40 hours!
- Stack fiberglass products on storage shelves
- Cut finished products to specifications
- Load machines with raw materials
- Monitor production equipment
- Read setup sheets and production orders
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards
- Assist with machine setup and shutdown
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Paid for 40 hours while working less than 40
