Urgent Care LVN (Pearland, TX)

Pay:  $37.17 per hour
Type: Contract / Temporary (full-time)
Location: Pearland, TX (in-person, patient-facing)

Position Summary

We’re hiring an  Urgent Care LVN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting. You’ll support patients through assessments, treatments, documentation, and coordination with the clinical team.

What You’ll Do

• Assess patient needs and perform routine clinical evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as appropriate
• Perform  vital signs monitoring and document abnormal findings
• Support  phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Document care and patient history in an  EMR (Epic experience preferred)
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinical environment
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Schedule

• Full-time (75 hours bi-weekly)
• Schedules are created in 6-week blocks after initial training/orientation
• Typical shifts fall within clinic operating hours (often 7–10 hours )
• Expect  two or three weekdays + every other weekend
• Some  major holidays are required

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted  LVN (or LPN)license (must be in good standing)
• Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience (required)
• At least 1 year related healthcare experience
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
• BLS certification (must remain valid beyond the start date)
