Clinical Director

Wood Violet Recovery is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical program and support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for adults with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. This is a key leadership role partnering with Executive, Medical, Nursing, and Operations teams to grow and strengthen our residential treatment program. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical staff, including therapists and counselors Oversee clinical programming, documentation, treatment planning, and discharge planning Ensure compliance with regulations, Joint Commission standards, and payer requirements Conduct chart audits and provide clinical supervision Collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership teams Qualifications Must have LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with an IC​S preferred. 2+ years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment Knowledge of ASAM Criteria, co-occurring disorders, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and EMR systems Benefits Competitive salary, quarterly bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401(k).
