Warehouse/Manufacturing Clerk

Mahwah, NJ

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Direct Hire | $40,000/year + Benefits

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Warehouse/Manufacturing Clerk. In this role, you'll support production by staging materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, stocking workstations, preparing documentation, and assisting with packaging and shipping. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and track materials for production orders
• Keep workstations stocked and organized
• Monitor inventory and process returned materials
• Label materials and finished products
• Print production documents and job trackers
• Assist with packaging and shipping preparation
• Follow safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately track inventory and materials
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
