You'll be face-to-face with homeowners, negotiating winning solutions, and driving the growth of a company that’s shaking up the New England real estate market. Your Mission Meet with homeowners in person to present offers and negotiate contracts. Turn warm leads into signed deals through persuasive communication and rapid follow-up. Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers. Manage your pipeline like a pro, follow up, follow through, and never let a deal slip. Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals. Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
