Receiving Clerk

* Branch Details

Summary

Provides general labor support for the receiving department in a warehouse with a variety of clerical activities and physical tasks, must be capable of lifting 50lbs and below.

Essential Functions

* Reviews and organizes all receiving orders, including domestic and export

* Capable of clerical work while providing physical support to the operation

* Order expediting with email communication and daily workload

* Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules

* Able to utilize receiving inventory and various office software programs

* Assist with all logistic related order issues

* Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed

* Ability to provide excellent customer service

* Other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

* Data entry

* Analytical

* Critical thinking

* Strong organizational skills

* Customer service experience

* Detail oriented

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to adapt to new computer systems

* Microsoft Office experience required
