Psychiatry - Child/Adolescent Physician

Full-time W2 position for Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist or Staff Psychiatrist.
On-site service only.
Monday-Friday schedule.
Staff Psychiatrist includes 1 weekend per month call rotation.
No call requirement for Medical Director.
Child and adolescent inpatient caseload.
Average caseload of 16 per day.
Duties include new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, treatment team participation, and APRN supervision.
Base salary with production bonus potential.
Compensation in line with MGMA.
Signing bonus negotiable.
Medical director stipend if applicable.
Medical education loan repayment assistance available if needed; no PSLF.
Relocation allowance available if moving.
CME, PTO, and full benefits package.
Paid malpractice insurance included.
Extra monthly compensation for supervision of APRNs.
Nearby attractions include Warren County Park, historic downtown, and local lake recreation.
About 70 miles to Nashville, about 1 hour 10 minutes by car.
