Job Location: Nebraska City, NE Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $20.90 - $21.40/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Perform routine and nonroutine cleaning duties across offices, general plant areas, break rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms, working under regular guidance Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker areas, and breakroom equipment including microwaves and refrigerators to maintain sanitary conditions Mop floors and vacuum mats and carpeted areas to maintain cleanliness and reduce safety hazards Clean windows and screens following established procedures and safety guidelines Stock and replenish breakroom and commonarea supplies such as utensils, plates, and cups Follow all safety rules, regulations, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and orderly work environment Perform additional facilities or housekeeping duties as assigned Perform other sanitation or facilitiesrelated duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
