Commodity / Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a global aerospace and supply chain operations organization, is seeking a Commodity / Sourcing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting global sourcing, procurement, and contract management teams . The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills , attention to detail , and a business‑driven mindset . Job Title: Commodity / Sourcing Specialist Location: Torrance, CA (2525 West 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90504, United States – 100% onsite) Pay Range: $35/hr Responsibilities Execute sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities across the global supply base. Negotiate supplier agreements and manage contract documentation (NDAs, amendments, compliance packages). Maintain and update SAP and contract management systems for pricing, agreements, and supplier data. Support RFQ processes, cost analysis (Should Cost), and supplier performance tracking. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with sourcing strategies and KPIs. Qualifications 1–3 years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
