$34-$39/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PTA at Autumn Lake at Loch Raven. You'll provide hands-on care that helps residents practice moving safely, build endurance, and work toward the goals set with their Physical Therapist. What You'll Do
- Carry out treatment plans under a licensed PT's direction
- Lead therapeutic exercises and practice walking and transfers with residents
- Monitor tolerance and progress, then communicate updates to the PT
- Complete treatment notes and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Good observational, communication, and documentation skills
