Director of Home Health Care & Quality Services

Cvhcare is seeking a Director of Patient Care Services to oversee and coordinate patient care across our home health programs. The role partners with the Director of Rehab and Administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The position focuses on supervising clinicians, administering training, maintaining records, inventory control, and promoting referrals within the health care community. A Master’s degree in health care and RN license are preferred.
