Schedule: Multiple shift options available including Admit (6a-6p), Swing (4p-4a), Early Swing (10a-10p), and Night (6p-6a). Coverage needs vary by month. Patient volume is 20-30 per day as a collective service.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license required (or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand)
• Active DEA license required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
