Levitate Foundry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media strategies. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our clients' campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring the delivery of measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to optimize targeting and enhance campaign performance.

Analytics and Optimization:

Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of direct to consumer campaigns.

Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their business goals.

Collaborate with clients to align paid media strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Present campaign performance reports and insights to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals, to ensure seamless integration of paid media strategies into overall marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in direct to consumer paid media management within a digital marketing agency or similar setting.

In-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for diverse clients.
