Early Morning Stock Associate Ross Stores • Memphis, TN, United States Responsibilities Merchandise and stock products on the sales floor and in the receiving area. Assist customers in locating merchandise, answer questions, and provide product information. Operate the cash register and process customer purchases accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restocking aisles, arranging displays, and ensuring a tidy environment. Support restocking and inventory management to ensure products are readily available for customers. Follow company policies to deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer‑service experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings and nights. Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale system is an advantage.
