PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

The Therapy Department at our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to fill a PRN or part‑time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by developing a treatment plan that meets the patient's individual needs and improves their quality of life. You will observe, assess, and document progress in a timely manner while communicating effectively with the therapy team, patients, and families. In this position, you will provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
