Responsibilities Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers as per treatment plans. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify pest issues and plant health needs. Maintain accurate records of chemical applications and adhere to safety protocols. Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams for integrated pest management strategies. Provide guidance and education to clients on landscape care and maintenance. Ensure all spraying equipment is well-maintained and operated correctly. Stay updated on the latest industry regulations and best practices for spray applications. Requirements Valid pesticide applicator license or certification in relevant states. Proven experience in landscape maintenance or pest management preferred. Strong knowledge of plant species, pests, and diseases affecting landscapes. Ability to operate spraying equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good physical stamina to perform fieldwork including lifting and carrying equipment. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
