You and your team will leverage existing modelling tools, but also be able to develop new tools, and identify gaps in our data ecosystem that impede our ability to accurately identify or assess credit risk. This will require strong communication with a wide variety of stakeholders across sales, underwriting, and credit, to ensure that the diverse perspectives are appropriately represented in the analysis./ph3General Responsibilities:/h3ulliCredit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis/liliExecution: Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently/liliPartnership: Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: Sales, Underwriting, Credit, Product, and Tech and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability/liliStrategic analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
