Unit Notes Profiles are sent directly to the manager for consideration need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
Unit OT **Mainly working skilled nursing facility (Bruceville), but will also be trained to float to Methodist - inpatient acute care hospital (same parking lot)** # patients treated per day: 7-9
Certs CA OT license, and BLS EMR Cerner Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA No Weekend Requirement No Holidays Possibly Scrub Color/Uniform Burgundy Outpatient and Inpatient? Inpatient only Pharmacy 24/7 -- Shift: 8hr days 0800 M-F w/ 2 weekend days a month
What areas are they required to cover? A, B, C, and D station Floor specific orientation Yes Common diagnosis / Types of patients CVA, TKA, THA, COPD
