Quality Engineer Representative

The QE Rep serves as a key liaison between quality assurance, production, engineering, and program management teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards. This role supports a wide range of quality-related activities across the product lifecycle, from proposal development through final delivery.A primary focus for the QE Rep is continuous improvement. Core responsibilities include optimizing processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency across operations. Other duties include reviewing and approving manufacturing documentation, supporting qualification testing, initiating and dispositioning of nonconforming material, and participating in internal and external audits. The role also includes supporting production & receiving inspections and coordinating with supplier quality.This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
