This position blends traditional tax preparation with exposure to broader financial planning services, offering long‑term growth and development in areas like estate, succession, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, LLC, S corp, and C corp tax returns
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities to resolve issues
• Provide high‑quality tax services and strategic financial advice

• Support client acquisition and business development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge and research capabilities
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Ultra Tax
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with excellent organizational skills
