Accounting ManagerA rapidly expanding healthcare services organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to help lead and strengthen its accounting operations during a significant growth phase. The company has completed multiple acquisitions and is continuing to scale aggressively, creating a need for strong operational accounting leadership and infrastructure development.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving systems, mentoring staff, and operating in an entrepreneurial, acquisition-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp lead and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities and locationsSupervise and mentor senior accounting staffReview reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting deliverablesSupport acquisition integrations and process standardization initiativesAssist in building scalable accounting infrastructure and internal controlsPartner with leadership on reporting, automation, and operational improvementsSupport location-level financial reporting and allocation methodologiesEnsure timely and accurate financial reportingAssist with audit preparation and compliance initiativesQualifications5–15 years of progressive accounting experienceStrong operational accounting and month-end close experienceMulti-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience requiredHealthcare industry experience is a plus, but not requiredPublic accounting background is preferred but not mandatoryCPA is preferred but not requiredExperience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite preferredStrong process improvement and leadership abilitiesExcellent organizational and communication skillsIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will:Bring a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityBe comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environmentHave experience supporting growing organizationsDemonstrate leadership potential and operational maturityBe proactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientedCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $120,000 – $125,000+Bonus potential estimated at 10–15%Medical, dental, vision insurance401(k) with company matchUnlimited PTOSignificant long-term growth opportunityWork EnvironmentPrimarily in-office initially while the organization continues to scaleFuture hybrid flexibility anticipatedCollaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on growth and execution
