As a Civil Site Project Manager / Team Lead , you’ll lead complex land development projects, build lasting client relationships, and help grow our North Carolina practice — all while mentoring teams and influencing the future of our business. This hybrid position offers flexibility to balance in-office collaboration at our Charlotte office with remote work.
