We are currently seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in the Cook County area to include the city of Chicago and it's neighboring suburbs.
Position Overview :
As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are not only knowledgeable and competent but also truly compassionate in their caregiving approach.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation, etc.)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Remind to take their medications as prescribed
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications :
Previous caregiving experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
Knowledge of basic caregiving practices and safety protocols
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to complete online training certifications and use technology applications for timekeeping and payroll
Compensation:
In accordance with Illinois' Wage Transparency Act, the hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
