Visual Merchandising Manager

As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Primark, you will lead a high‑performing visual merchandising team, deliver impactful visual displays across the store, and act as the creative ambassador for visual merchandising in‑store. What You’ll Do Design and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales. Lead and develop a visual merchandising team, providing coaching and constructive feedback. Partner with store management to deliver impactful displays that exceed customer expectations. Manage new visual merchandising campaigns, ensuring alignment with Primark’s standards. Uphold operating standards, coordinate pricing and POS guidelines, and manage stock costs. What You’ll Bring At least 4 years experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager role in a high‑volume retailer. Strong communication skills and ability to relate to customers’ needs. Leadership qualities that motivate and inspire a team. Resilience and ability to give constructive feedback. Creative skills that deliver inspiring visual propositions while maximizing sales. Excellent people and communication skills, building relationships with colleagues and management. Consultative ability to influence colleagues at all levels. Strategic mindset, organization, problem‑solving, and planning skills. Robust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness. Strong service focus and experience delivering excellent customer experience. Excellent English communication skills for instruction, coaching, safety instructions, and customer interaction.
