Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will perform the following key duties:

  • Provide direct patient care and assess patients' needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care.
  • Monitor patients' progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to handle diverse patient needs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying patient care needs, including shifts that may extend beyond standard hours.
