Project Manager - Creative Operations & Performance

We're looking for a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Project Manager who has experience in marketing, AI, and creative operations

We need someone who loves numbers, thrives on structure, notices every little detail, and is genuinely obsessed with tracking performance, improving efficiency, and holding teams accountable.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Tracking individual editor productivity and output.
• Monitoring the performance of every ad and the editor responsible for it.
• Tracking ad spend and identifying which creatives are receiving the most investment.
• Measuring how quickly ads move from assignment to completion.
• Developing a difficulty scoring system for ads based on length, format, and complexity.
• Comparing actual turnaround times against expected completion times.
• Identifying underperforming and overperforming editors using measurable KPIs.
• Building dashboards, reports, and AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Identifying bottlenecks and continuously optimizing creative production.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in project management, ideally within marketing, advertising, or creative production.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ad performance.
• Comfortable using AI tools, automations, and data dashboards.
• Extremely organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys spreadsheets, tracking systems, and performance analysis.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable holding people accountable.
• Someone who doesn't just identify problems but builds systems to prevent them.

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing video editors or creative teams.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Experience building AI automations and reporting systems.
