Your role will involve helping customers care for their cars—including explaining our wash options and requirements, preparing and loading vehicles, and assisting with self‑cleaning options. You will also help maintain the car wash equipment and site to ensure a superior, clean experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Engage positively and energetically with customers. Understand quickly, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety. Stand, move, and smile for long periods. Assist customers in selecting wash options and using self‑cleaning options. Help maintain car washes and sites for a superior customer experience. Qualifications At least 16 years old. Verify ability to work in the United States. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation Typical earnings are $17.00 per hour, based on a $15.00 hourly base plus an average $2.00 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers can exceed $2.00 additional earnings per hour. Offers vary by location and experience.
