Receiving Inspector

This position is part of the Supply Chain Quality Organization and is responsible for inspecting Electronic and Mechanical components used on all Programs at LM Space Huntsville. In this role you will inspect incoming batches from Suppliers, verify that the Supplier met all requirements, perform visual inspections on parts, submit parts for Lab testing, and accept parts into stock. Applicants must be a US Citizen. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma US Citizen Familiarity with electronic components Familiarity analyzing and interpreting engineering specifications and drawings Desired Skills SAP LIMS EDSS 1 year experience performing quality inspections Quality Notifications Clearance Level: None Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
