Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About You In Home Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee and support our team of CNAs and caregivers in Jackson, MS . This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality patient care, ensuring proper documentation, and upholding compliance with regulations and care plans. The LPN Supervisor will report directly to the Clinical Director and play a leadership role in daily operations. Responsibilities: Supervise and support caregivers – Provide training, mentorship, and oversight to ensure quality care and adherence to policies. Monitor patient health – Conduct regular assessments, document changes in health status, and update care plans as needed. Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation – Maintain thorough records of patient care, interventions, and observations in accordance with state and company standards. Administer medications and treatments – Ensure safe administration of medications and treatments as prescribed. Act as a liaison – Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Promote a positive work environment – Foster teamwork, encourage professional development, and address any concerns among staff. Qualifications: Current LPN license in Mississippi Experience in home health, long-term care, or a supervisory role preferred Strong documentation, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and make sound clinical decisions BLS certification required Why Join Us?
