As a Golf Shop Associate, you will provide exceptional service to members and guests, support daily golf operations, manage tee times and retail sales, and help create a first-class golf experience in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a professional, customer-focused Golf Shop Associate to support daily golf operations at the prestigious Cap Rock Clubhouse. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, assisting with tee time reservations, golfer check-in, retail sales, tournament support, and overall golf shop operations.The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the high standards of Horseshoe Bay Resort.Recognized among Golf Magazine's Top 100 Golf Resorts in North America, Horseshoe Bay Resort is home to four championship golf courses, including three Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designs and the exclusive Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, Summit Rock.
