Speech Language Pathologist

** Offering both full-time and part-time positions! ** The Linden Center is dedicated to providing high-quality, play-based therapy services for children with diverse communication needs. Our collaborative team includes BCBAs, therapists, teachers, and families, all working together to support children’s growth in a nurturing, child-led environment. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will work with children under the age of 8, including those on the Autism spectrum, to develop and implement individualized speech and language goals in a play-based preschool setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, therapists, and families to integrate speech goals into daily activities Provide guidance and training to staff and parents to support carryover of skills Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and reports Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably children with autism Strong understanding of evidence-based, play-based interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to maintain organized documentation and data Compensation & Benefits - Time Off: PTO and Sick Leave 15 additional paid holidays and breaks Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Work-Life Balance: Offering both full time or part time positions Flexible schedules Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM No nights or weekends If you want to build your career in a supportive, innovative setting that celebrates both professional growth and the happiness of working with kids, we’d love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Linden Center
