Location 120 South Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 Your Role as a Dental Assistant Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient Assist chairside during periodontal and implant procedures Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA‑compliant workflows Take and process digital dental x-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and post‑operative care Maintain organized treatment areas and support inventory management Document patient care accurately and support smooth daily clinical flow What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred) 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred, ideally in a surgical or periodontal setting Radiography certification required CPR certification required Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient‑first mindset Professional, calm, and team‑oriented approach About the Practice At Michael J.
