Job Summary Corewell Health offers up to $10,000 as a sign‑on bonus for this nursing opportunity. Scope of Work Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably in accordance with the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards and Michigan state law. Demonstrate competency through the nursing process – assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Uphold ANA standards of professional practice: ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health. Strive to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Associate in Nursing (required) Bachelor’s in Nursing (required within 5 years) Registered Nurse (RN) in MI (required) AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within 90 days Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) AHA – required, 6 months Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) AHA – required, 6 months Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) ENA – required within 1 year Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) ENA – required within 1 year Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including an on‑demand pay program powered by Payactiv, a discounts directory, optional identity‑theft protection, home and auto insurance, and Traditional and Roth retirement options with service contribution and match savings.
