In-House Loan Originator – Private Real Estate Lending Company

Rok Lending, a family office with a 50+ year reputation headquartered in Aventura, is seeking an experienced Loan Originator to join our private real estate lending platform.

We specialize in real estate loans of $5 million and up and are looking for a driven professional with an established book of borrower and/or broker relationships. This position may be performed remotely.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial lending experience, a proven track record of originating and closing loans, and the ability to manage relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and repeat borrowers.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate lending experience
\n
• Established borrower and/or broker relationships
\n
• Minimum of $30 million in loan closings over the last two years
\n
• Strong understanding of underwriting criteria, loan structure, and compliance
\n
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
\n
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Bachelor’s degree required
\n

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and pre-qualifying borrowers and brokers
\n
• Reviewing loan applications and financial information
\n
• Preparing complete loan packages for underwriting
\n
• Assisting with diligence, third-party reports, and closing coordination
\n
• Maintaining strong industry relationships and market knowledge
