What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional repairs and service experiences for our customers by:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to Subaru and dealership standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools
• Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
• Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
• Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
• Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Driver's License
• 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Preferred

• Subaru or other manufacturer dealership experience
• Manufacturer certifications
• ASE certifications
