Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked alongside my father, who was also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for helping customers, building relationships, and serving the community. I’m a graduate of University of Oregon and am the proud father of two daughters. We also have a black lab who keeps life interesting. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the local community. Our agency is active throughout the Ridgefield area and supports a variety of community initiatives. We sponsor the Clark County Flag Football League and have been involved with organizations such as the Northwest Blind Athlete Association. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
