Pharmacy Technician

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support safe, accurate medication delivery for home health patients. In this role, you'll prepare and package medications and supplies, maintain inventory and records, and support pharmacists and clinicians in coordinating in-home care. You'll follow strict safety, infection control, and privacy standards while working closely with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered, in-home care and helping seniors and adults with chronic conditions remain independent at home. Responsibilities Prepare and package medications and supplies for home health patients per physician orders Maintain accurate medication, supply, and inventory records in compliance with regulations Support pharmacists and clinical team with medication reconciliation and documentation Coordinate timely delivery of medications and supplies to patient homes or clinicians Follow safety, infection control, and privacy standards in all handling of medications Communicate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to address medication-related needs Use electronic systems to track orders, refills, and inventory levels Assist with quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent medication errors Required Skills Medication preparation and packaging Pharmacy dispensing systems Inventory management Prescription data entry Knowledge of pharmacy regulations Medication reconciliation support Order tracking and documentation Infection control practices HIPAA and patient privacy Basic medical terminology #J-18808-Ljbffr
